THE 2022 COLORADO RUNNING HALL OF FAME CLASS IS ANNOUNCED

The Colfax Marathon is proud to host The Colorado Running Hall of Fame.  The Colorado Running Hall of Fame recognizes Coloradans for remarkable achievement and influence on the sport of distance running.  Each year nominees are accepted, and in January the inductee class is selected and notified.  In February the class is announced.  This year we will celebrate one honoree from the Class of 2020, two from the Class of 2021 and one from the Class of 2022.

They will be honored in person on Tuesday, April 12 at the Denver Athletic Club.

In addition, we are proud to announce the High School Distance awards for 2022.  There is an Outstanding Colorado High School Distance Award, and all high school distance runners are eligible for this one award.  Seniors in High School are eligible for the High School Achievement Awards.  Each year there are five seniors awarded.

Although not typically part of the ceremony, we are excited to announce that for the first time we will be recognizing a special High School Cross Country team.

The 2022 high school honorees will also be honored on Tuesday, April 12.
